Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and the shipping method available for your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Born Ready is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
